Returns and Cancellations

What is your refund policy?
BenQ Online Store is happy to accept returns of purchased items within 14 days of the day after you have received the item. Products that arrived defective or have become defective within 14 days of shipment may be returned for credit or exchanged for a replacement product. All replacements must be an identical product and version.
Items should be returned in as-new condition, disassembled, with the packing slip, all warranty cards, UPC tags, manuals and accessories in the original shipping carton or similar packaging. Failure to return all original merchandise with accompanying accessories and materials will result in the product being returned without credit and at the expense of the customer.

How do I request a refund?
To return a product please follow these simple steps:
1. Request a Return
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number may be obtained directly from our website by clicking here. You will be asked to login using your email address and password used to create your BenQ Online Store Account. Select "Order Status", followed by "Return Item" from the action options for that order. Step-by-Step Instructions will guide you through the process. To avoid processing delays, please follow the directions provided for returning a product online. Generally an RMA number will be issued to you immediately online. However, should your request require attention from a customer service representative, you will receive a reply within 24 hours.
2. Write Your RMA Number on Your Return
Once you have received your RMA number, please write it clearly on the outside of the package to be returned. When using the original carton, please ensure that previous shipping labels or other markings have been removed or covered completely.
3. Ship the Product Back to Us
We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. BenQ will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
4. Receive Your Refund or Replacement
Once the return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Credit will be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase only. Replacements will ship within 24 hours of receipt of your return, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.

What is your Refusal Policy?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or in the event continual delivery attempts fail, will be returned to BENQ’S Online Store and credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for a credit to be issued. It is the customer's responsibility to make immediate and adequate arrangements with the shipping company to accept a shipment in the event of a failed delivery.

How do I cancel my order?
If you chose to pay by cheque or money order and have not yet sent your payment, your order will automatically be cancelled after 30 days.

You can submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed (unless your product is on backorder). Please note that your request may not be able to be approved because your order has already been shipped. Click here to submit a request to cancel your order.

If your order cannot be cancelled, you will get an email notification when the order is shipped. You can also look up your order to view the shipping status of your order.

When will my credit appear on my credit card?
Your refund credit will appear on your card 5 - 7 business days after we receive your completed letter of destruction (LOD).
